Together they ran an automated personalised video email campaign, sent to individuals who had started shopping on the website and 'abandoned' their shopping cart.
The personalised video addressed the customer by name, was contextualised to the day of the week and featured the products left in their cart, encouraging them to check out.
The video included some of the benefits of Zalando's services including including free returns, easy delivery and expert customer service.
The campaign was multilingual, ensuring that the campaign was accessible to everyone.
